You people will take any chance you get to try and diss, dog wayne but wayne is about to outsell 50 cent, dude that last 3 albums went platium in a matter of days or weeks. and to make things worser 50 did the same rap album he would with the same promotion but wayne is doing a rock album and 50% of his fans doesn't even like it let alone the public and hes still owning shit. i mean who can't decline wayne spot in hip hop.

That's false. everyone on the lilwayne forum site said they had to go to at least 3 stores to get rebirth b/c it was sold out everywhere, it's #1 on itunes it's doing 350k at least and 500k max.

I have a real trustly source, + i think it sold 100k the first day

I wouldn't trust those sources again than seeing as they were far far off. 170k is alot less than 500k now isn't it.

Your post had nothing to with the point i was trying to make. I'll make it clearer for you:

When Lil Waynes album (Carter 3) outsold Eminems album (Relapse) most of the people on this forum just said "sales doesn't matter" and "sales doesn't have anything to do with who's the best artist", but now that Eminems latest release(Refill) ended up selling about as much as Lil Waynes latest release(Rebirth) they are all of a sudden using this against Wayne fans and are saying that this is proof that Wayne sucks.

And no, I am not a Wayne "stan" (or fan) I've never bought/dowanloaded or even heard a single album or mixtape made by Lil Wayne.

And since you obviously didn't get the irony; I do NOT think that Wayne is better then Eminem, I only wrote that to get my point across(bad judgement cause if Eminem fans see Waye>Eminem in a post they won't bother trying to understand anything and just start hating).

But my post was about people switching their standpoint when it comes to sales mattering or not now that Refill sold better then Rebirth(or almost as good, don't know the exact numbers.....).

And I get that your point is that Eminem has sold more, is better and has had more influence on hip-hop I also get that you said that Relapse and Carter 3 can't be compared because C3 was more commercial, and that you defended C3 utselling Relapse by saying that MMLP is the fastest selling record ever(which is wrong, it's the fastest selling SOLO record ever).
