I'm straight but I'm very much against the homophobia in some hip hop. If you're asking whether Eminem is homophobic, I don't believe he is at all. Are his LYRICS homophobic? That's a different and more difficult question. Personally I believe it's all part of his "slim shady" persona, and need not be taken seriously. He says a lot of crazy stuff.

Most people realise that he is just messing about when he says stuff like this, and I think it's the same for the "gay bashing". As for the word "faggot" I think it's just a word commonly used as an insult where he grew up and it's rubbed off on him.

if Eminem, or anyone wants to say faggot I have no problem with that. I also grew up where calling someone a "fag" meant the same as calling someone an idiot or something like that. It isnt directed at gays, but these days it is misinterpreted to always being aimed at homos.
