I had the problem with SSLP it took me two years til I said "Kay.... not that bad at all" and I still don't like it that much
I think of it as a way too childish and he sounds like a duck

I can't say I love his nasal voice but it's still wayy better than the accent

I don't hate Relapse but the people saying that it is 'better' or more 'lyrical' than his old shit are either A. delusional B. really into the horror stuff/accent C. just so excited for new Eminem that they don't care what it is.

And people who make statements such as this are either A) Bigoted, B) Stupid or C) Both.

Firstly, lyrical or better are broad terms.

In terms of just rhyming, Relapse is easily better than all of his previous efforts but that wasn't the point of the other albums. SSLP was about punchlines, MMLP was social commentary, TES and Encore were personal as well as many other underlying themes in all of them.

I couldn't say any one of them is the most lyrical because each of his albums are all totally different types of lyricism and sides to his character(s).

But for you to say people who say it's BETTER (which is subjective and personal) are either delusional, just into horror stuff or too excited to realize it ain't is fucking ridiculous. I'm not that into horror stuff, I like it but it's not my fave Em side but Relapse is my favourite material from him for a long time. And not for either of those three reasons. It's because I love rhyming, wordplay and creative / tailored flows. The album caters to all of my addictive brain-states very much. So stop being silly.
