They're saying that because the infamous April Fools is tomorrow. So if Em doesn't say it was an April Fools joke tomorrow then it' will actually be something.

A lot of people on other boards think Em's tweet is about the rumored Dre\Jay track, or that Em news will come along with the Dre\Jay track

I've had a thought for a while that what if Em were to do his famous reverse psychology thing, and release some news\a song the week of April Fool's, and let everyone think that it was just an April Fool's Joke, then the day after April Fool's, Friday, reveal that the news\song is real, not a joke.

Then Monday, Em dropped a couple new tweets, and the new Dre\Jay song rumor appeared
