And that definition of reasonable doubt is very close to exact, but in order for your argument to fit that you would have to be assuming that the "proof" (Lack thereof in all actuality) is enough for a reasonable person to assume that this whole thing is real, and that's my point, there's nothing here that gives any doubt that this is fake, or visa versa.
