The beat is simply a classic piano looping over a really simple "Dre" type beat, similar to "Who Knew" off the MMLP. It's quite a short song, but brilliantly executed and rapped quite slowly (the lyrics get louders and more aggressive towards the end of each line then start quiet again on a new line). The beat certainly allows the lyrics to speak for themself. Beautiful. Also the chorus is sort of "sung", similar to the singing part of 'Not Afraid', I'm sure it has an effect on it, can't tell what, but it's definitely not auto-tune, don't worry.

I'm going to post the lyrics of the first verses and chorus and a small review/description of every song off Recovery, then I'll upload it for everyone. Please buy on release date, as I will be.
