All those collabs were ill!

Well, I don't care really what you're like on the inside and I just really want you to come to bed with me. Would you do that if you could? Even if you were just average on the outside (but not fat) I could like you if you sounded smart.

I actually has his collabs listed by years too and I did notice that his collabs post 2001 really got nothing on those from 99-00. He was really on fire that time

Hmmm...

Well, some of that 99' stuff is really just solo stuff that didn't get used.

Overall I'd probably say 2003. I think 02 / 03 was his lyrical peak. He was just on top of everything. He'd become a master of meshing and juggling all of his shades and making it sound authentic and undeniable.

I can understand how some could think it didn't have as much edge or grit to it but to be honest, I don't think he's really ever toned it down, just gotten better at presenting it. And the better he's got, the more polished it's sounded and therefore less... unpredictable and 'raw' in some respects.

So I know that the 99' stuff could sound tougher because of that. But 03 was magical.

I mean, all of his Cheers verses are just incredible. He stole the album.

'99 definitely for me
Same sword they knight you they gon' good night you with
Sh.., Thats' only half if they like you
That ain't even the half what they might do
Don't believe me, ask Michael
See Martin, see Malcolm
You see Biggie, see Pac, see success and its outcome
See Jesus, see Judas; see Caesar, see Brutus
See success is like suicide
Suicide, it's a suicide
If you succeed, prepare to be crucified
