Damn, that's like 60/70 lbs, props on that. Even if you slip up and gain weight, keep working it off and eating healthy. It's worth it.

And yo get a cut, almost no one looks good with moppy hair. I'm kind of an amateur barber haha, for myself and friends. IDK the lengths in metric, but us like a 1/4" clip on the sides, switch to a 1/2" like halfway up, and use a 1" on top (of course blending it in between, don't go straight from 1/2 to 1). It'll look way better. (Insert obligatory "no homo" comment for all you immature bastards.)

i lost weight in 2008, that pic was around the time i lost 15kg, in summer 2008 i had lost 30kg which was my full weight loss


but now i have gained back 60kg (132 pounds) and i am 145kg around 315 pounds

o how i wish this was me now

Yeah I mean, you look like a pretty big dude naturally, but 315 definately isn't healthy. You have time though, just start eating healthy and cut everything bad out of your diet. No red meat, just chicken and fish, etc. Seriously though, cut out EVERYTHING unhealthy. It'll make a big difference, Caron Butler (NBA player) lost like 10 lbs just by cutting out Mountain Dew. Do cardio and weights, you might not lose as much weight, but that's cuz muscle weighs more than fat.

It's definately worth it to get healthy. You'll feel better, look better, and live longer. I'm lucky enough to have a crazy metabolism so it's real hard to gain weight, but when I graduated HS and no longer played sports full time, I ate poorly for months to kinda celebrate. My endurance turned to crap, I got oily skin, and I just felt horrible. You can do it man, you're young and have plenty of time to get healthy.
