Problem With Uploading A Picture

When I upload a picture from Photobucket I resize it to its proper size, but ! when I upload it onto my ucp it says it needs to be resized again. & I keep resizing it too the lowest of all & it still says it, Am I not able to upload a pic right now? or whats the problem.

120 x 140 do it with ps easy
