The plot (without the version with excerpts from the book) is confusing. The main character, as well as all the others are unlikable. The move falls in love with its own dialogue and "deepness" and consequently becomes boring as fuck. Just a really hard movie to like all around.

I loved Donnie Darko, just wanted to throw that out there (although it took me a good couple explanations to enjoy it as much as I do now).

Avatar was alright, visuals are great but the storyline was very simple and predictable.
