rank d12 members

Postby tadpole25 » Mar 26th, '12, 07:04

here is my ranking, in order from what member i think is the best at rapping, to the worst, excluding eminem

1. proof - had the most versatile flow, rhyming double-vowel compound words at the end of each sentence, while changing up the flow with other rhyming words in between. Just listen to Revelation.

2. swifty - has a unique seamless flow, excellent for freestyling and consistent in every song.

3/4. fuzz - i like the raw ghetto sound of his voice, but he is a new member, so i expect some heat on my decision to place him this high.

3/4. kuniva - when it comes to lyrics, kuniva had some of the tightest multi-syllabic rhymes of the group, if you look at them on paper. but when it comes to delivery, he always spoke in a tone that was too proper and a ghetto accent seemed forced.

5. porter - had some of the most clever punchlines of the group, but his delivery lacked versatility

6. bizarre - he was the wild card of the group (similar to what odb was to the wu tang). bizarre had the hilarious punch lines and amusingly vulgar shock humor, but his lyrics were simplistic and not delivered exceptionally well.

I've always liked Kuniva the best, outside of Eminem of course.

i agree that kuniva dominated every single track he was on in ROTD2, but i still think proof had better delivery.

Bugz had the potential to be better than em, no doubt.
I would kill for his Mr. Obnoxius album, that album would been dope.
Anyway..

1. Eminem
2. Bugz
3. Proof
4. Kuniva
5. Swifty
6. Fuzz
7. Kon Artis
8. Bizarre

Kuniva/Swifty/Fuzz is a hard choise. Whey are very close but I'ma have to go with that list...
