Dude I didn't vote for anyone, I feel like if I did I'd be disappointing one of my friends. I hope you understand.

It is a bit lazy compared to what we know he's able to do. He was probably distancing from Relapse, plus those punchlines, no matter good or not, are not that easy to rhyme. He actually did a good job on that part.

Was just on my way back from a cabin trip and I was listening to Recovery in the car and I definitely wouldn't say it's as consistently brilliant in mixing rhyming and meaning as the first three albums, but there's definitely tons of moments of amazing stuff. Songs like On Fire, No Love, YNO (2nd verse mainly), Ridaz. These are pretty intricately written rhymes on these songs. Plus, just like all of Em's music, it's much more complex than it seems at first.

That's what I love about his music, everytime I listen to it it seems like I find something new that rhymes.

I think recovery is good because it shows ems more personal side but I do agree that his rymes were sometimes lazy.

Recovery has the worst rhymes of any album except maybe BME.

Although Relapse isn't my favorite album, if we are talking strictly rhymes (not counting delivery, flow, etc.) then Relapse has the more intricate rhyme schemes of all his albums. He was rhyming things I've never heard other emcees rhyme before.

He was a better rhymer in his prime.

No.

His rhyming on Relapse isn't close to being as good as his rhyming on Rock Bottom, Brain Damage, Sing For The Moment and Lose Yourself.

I know you aren't saying Relapse was an overall better album or had better lyrics.

But his rhyming in his prime was better than his rhyming on Relapse.

Quantity doesn't beat quality.

And the quantity of rhymes is the only thing Relapse has over some of his songs in his prime.

Man, lack of New Em material sure makes a lot of you fucks talk some "listen to my opinion on Eminem 'cos you know I is right" bullshit. Y'all trying to speak your POV like you have a Masters in "MARSHALLMATHERSOLOGY". Learn to appreciate, man. I can't wait to see y'all dick ride him for the next album. Or even worse, hear y'all talk about how Recovery was better than his new upcoming album.

Still doesn't mean Recovery's wasn't complex as well.
