I've got the Nike+ app on my ipod but I've never used it. I'll check it out next time I run!
If you have Nike+ runners, I suggest going with the shoe sensor as well and using the Nike+iPod app, not Nike+Running app. It's way more accurate than just running with your ipod in your hand(Nike+Running app). I did that with the Nike+Running app on my iPhone and it fucked up a lot, which screws up your achievements and goals. It's really disappointing
Basically:
- Nike+Running app and no sensor sucks. It judges everything based on how much your ipod/iphone sensor picks up when your arms are moving.
- Nike+iPod app and sensor is way more accurate. Your iPhone/iPod talks to the sensor in your shoe as your running.
