Sorry buddy, I doubt that type of thing could happen. The thing is, to unban a perma-banned member, you have to start looking at every case all over again. Then what? Is it a clean slate, or do they get some sort of probationary period? How do you ensure that favoritism doesn't come into play?

I don't think you'll see any perma-banned members unbanned, unless it's some sort of sweeping policy change that affects every banned member on the site.

What can be done is that you personally mail TRshady himself and ask about it. He might be nice enough. There has been couple of times where he has almost unbanned someone.
