They're still a great experience if you have read the book. Of course they're not exactly like the books but they still good at "capturing" the atmosphere of the books.

Capturing the atmosphere my ass. They were good at it in the first two movies, but in the rest, there's barely anything that gives me the Harry Potter-atmosphere. The movies are cool to watch now and then, but in general they are meh when compared.

I mean... in the last movie, one of the most important and last scenes, and they fucked it up by getting the Dark Lord to grab Harry Potter and fly a bit around here and there. Seriously, that was just retarded.


But again... I judge them compared to the books.

Harry Potter films were pretty great, i think it's rare to make so many movies and keep people hooked till the end, the books are better if you like to read.

Wait, how do you have Easter on Thursday? In Australia and many other countries it is always Sunday and we celebrate Good Friday.

Haha, I was fucking fuming when I saw that scene at the cinema. My friend could feel my rage, and after the movie was finished you bet he heard my view on it. Even on Facebook I had to make a status update about it and how mad I was.
