Elliott Wilson is co-owner of Rap Radar, along with Paul Rosenberg. So Elliott retweeting it isn't really a big thing. The fact that Mr. Porter retweeted it, is a different story.

What I meant was, even if it's not Em related, Elliott Wilson will still tweet it because it's Rap Radar, so it's not surprising that he's tweeting it as well.

I have a strong feeling that the tweet is eminem related and for some reason, I hope his album has a similar structure to GKMC. I feel like for eminem to really come back and rise above all the criticism he got for Relapse and Recovery, he needs to deliver a concept album which tells an entire story throughout.
