Ah shit I'm stupid. Not sure what I meant, someone on KTT said they found something like "no-lastchild.mp3" in the source code for Eminem . com but I didn't see it even after doing a search for it in the source.

What does No Last Child even mean lmao

The .mp3s name was "LastChild" not "No LastChild". The code went something like "video.audio.no-LastChild.mp3" as in this will be hidden until further updated. But someone on kit actually grabbed some audio off of the file and all it was, was some robot saying "Eminem . com is property of Interscope etc.". So maybe it's nothing but who knows.
