Well, Berzerk has been increasing steady ever since it was released, and @ ~29 now. So yes, I'd say that is pretty good. But it won't help him very much at Hot100 yet. You can think of each point as 1.000 sold records/downloads - that's basically how they’re counted for the Hot100. So, if Berzerk sells 350.000 copies this week, the Hot100 score would be 350+29 = 379. Another example, Katy Perry's Roar - it's expected to sell about 450.000. To that, you add the airplay score = 116.335 --> 450+116 = 566 points counted for Hot100. That will put it at #1, I think.

At No. 2 on Digital Songs this week is a new entry from Eminem, whose "Berzerk" blasts in with 362,000 downloads. "Berzerk" is the first single from "The Marshall Mathers LP 2," due Nov. 5.
