The Recovery 2.0 mindset of some people in here is damn annoying. We already got a song that sound nothing like Recovery (and is pretty good. Berzerk) and a song that have a better delivery and writing that most of Recovery, even if have some elements of that album. Fuck, you're annoying. Wait 2 weeks to criticize the album.

Remember when before the tracklist came out and we all said we were gonna start analyzing the list? well so far there has been way more bitching than analyzing.

Sure, but survival sounds 100% like Recovery. Just because the flow is different doesn't mean it's not a song that sounds like his recovery time. Em used different flows throughout the whole album. This would fit perfectly.

The writing is better imo, and by delivery I mean that there's no pointless shouting, choppy flow or over-emphasis on punchlines (corny ones).

By the way,

This beat is awesome. I hope Frequency makes a great instrumental for The Monster.

Good Kid, M.A.A.D. City had over 10 producers, and look at the cohesion of that album :flutter:

You can't judge by the number of producers, I'm afraid

It really doesn't. it sounds 45% like Recovery. The lyrics than 80% of Recovery's lyrics, The beat, while it was rock influenced, was not like most of what Recovery had. He wasn't actually shouting on this song, he was rapping with a lot of energy.

Remember, we did keep hearing rumours that Em was inspired by GKMC.

I can also go ahead and say something like "he wasn't shouting on Almost famous, he was rapping with energy"

It sounds like Recovery and the subject matter would fit perfectly. The song would be perfect right after Talking 2 myself or not afraid.
