Eminem - MMLP 2 - NOV. 5, 2013 NO SNIPPET DISCUSSION

If Eminem sounded in 2013 the same exact way he sounded in 1999-2003, I wouldn't be listening to him as much. No one wants the same album over and over again. That's a reason why a lot of the older greats from the 80's couldn't make it passed a decade max in the game, and that's a reason why guys like Eminem, Jay, and to an extent Nas have been able to stay relevant and making solid records for near 20 years now.

I don't think D12 is dead just yet. Bizzare I think is working on a solo project atm, Kuniva is too, so is Porter, not sure what Swifty is doing, They got Fuzz Scoota back, and we all know what Em is doing. So I definitely think D12 will comeback for at least 1 more album, Kuniva has recently asked fans if they want to see D12 back again. I think Bizzare has too. so I think they're waiting for everyone's solo projects to be release. Plus I think I read a 2011 article earlier this year about "Em has rejoined D12 after admitting to not being a very good member for the last 3 years" or something along the lines of that. Down but definitely not out.

It pisses me off because before the MMLP2 was announced, everyone was all like "Em should dye his hair blonde again, he was much better with it". And now that he actually has dyed his hair blonde again everyones like "What the fuck Em? why? this is such a marketing gimmick! fucking sellout". You people are horrible.

Well, the good music has to come with the hair. Survival is just not Eminem. If it was just a bonus song, I'd be more optimistic.

Artists deserve the criticism and praise that they get. It comes with the territory.
