Do we know if MMLP2 will be released prior to November 4th any country? Usually, albums are released on Fridays in Germany (--> November 1 for MMLP2), but it seems as though November 5 is the official release date there too...?

It's really irrelevant, because the chances that it won't be on the internet before the end of October are extremely small.

Well, think about it this way, if the album is released earlier in Europe (say Nov 1) --> the album has to be shipped earlier, and thus causing the probability of an "early leak" to increase.

Bulk orders arrive in the UK on the 24th/25th. It'll then be distributed throughout the country to music stores etc.

Because I think that's when like Amazon or whoever gets it posts them up. They get the album (I believe) and within 24 hours someone from the site uploads the whole thing. I could be wrong but that's what I think happens.
