It comes out nov 1 in Germany so we'll have it by then. The stream of news has been really good on their part. They've been regularly releasing singles and are going to rerelease The Monster on the 28th which is really good timing before the album release. If they really can prevent the leak until Nov 1, it will let The Monster have it's own few days to make noise, then the album leaks just a few days before people can get it, which IMO, is better than not leaking at all. The leak itself will create buzz just before the album is going to be released, instead of two weeks before, which reduces the hype for the people who might have bought it but figured having the leak is good enough.
