I thought that em could be the best selling artist of decade again if he released couple more albums but then I found out he has no chance when i saw that adeles 21 album released in 2011 is diamond in us a sold over 26 milion worldwide. Damn how did she manage to sell that many copies? Crazy

She made great music. All these corporations feed the masses music and think we all foolish enough to gobble it up whole. Katy Perry, lmfao, The Monster. Adele might not be the ONLY one that made great music (Jhene aiko is doing so too) but she made great music, with a high profile, had good friends (Rick Rubin) had a brilliant background story (boyfriend dumped her, victim) and it got released at just the right time before Spotify etc were big.

Adele's album is one of those albums that different people of different demographic aren't embarrassed to have. It's a 'proper' album. I don't like her music though.

Yep, her last album Red has sold nearly 4 million now, and Speak Now has already sold 4.35 million.......a powerful album seller indeed.
