Just got off the phone with a customer, and other than the actual reason they called, we had a small side convo to pass up time, she mentioned November 31st by accident cuz she didn't realize there was only 30 days in november...this created a huge convo about MMLP2 lol

apparantly her "brother" is a huge fan, the way she talked, it sounded more like SHE was a huge fan, she even recited lyrics from Infinite lol, great call, always fun when a customer isn't flipping the fuck out on me and we can have random convo's.
