Man, this album, I like judging albums by how much I listen to the song a few weeks, or a month after, AFTER I've listened to a lot of the songs like 24/7 when they were first released, so, in this long ass sentence, I wanna say that I still look forward to listening to Rap God, Bad Guy, Legacy, Baby, Brainless, Survival (grew on me), Bezerk, Love Game, So Far...this album, if it's not a classic, it's pretty close.

This album is so amazing. Em really did came back to everything he was, I feel that with Relapse and Recovery he was holding in so much.

In retrospect, Recovery was a really weird phase for Em that happened and thank God he got out of it

I don't think he was holding in. But rather - trying to be different from what he was.

He even said when he was beginning to promote Relapse that he didn't want it to be all 'mememe' anymore, he was trying to make it more fantasy-like and disconnected, intentionally.

And even with Recovery I think he was trying to fictionalize himself to a degree. His fans endlessly want his real life stories, but I think even he realizes these are redundant artistically.
