Our digestive systems aren't designed for us to be vegetarians. True herbivores have much more complex digestive systems as plant material is much tougher to digest.

It's probably why vegetarians are more susceptible to all these rare forms of cancer.

i was never arguing it's more healthy to be a vegetarian, lol, just that it's morally better. in fact, i'm sure it's better for ur health to eat meat. i just dont think think it's necessary. like, i dont think it's necessary to never drink alcohol, but you'd be healthier if u did.

I dont know about cancer, but I'm quite sure that vegitarians are susceptible to certain vitamin deficiencies, I'd tell you the exact ones but I'm notoriously slow in the morning.
Also the fact that we evolved as omnivores, hints that its the most suitable lifestyle for us.
