When i said that gangsta shit is played out for me, that's not entirely the case, there's a few people I'll still check out, like my nigga Cube and his upcoming album. But a lot of these new school dudes are meh to me tbh

Fair enough my dude... :y: I don't mind whatever Hip-Hop sub genre if it's authentic to be honest.

Don't get me wrong, Cube ain't exactly Authentic anymore lol. Studio Gangsta in the hizzouse, but the cats from NWA man , its a nostalgia thang for me..I don't even seek out new Gangsta acts anymore so i don't have any idea who's outthere now. Im more for wordplay and multis these days. Dudes spitting different shit from the norm

I get your point & I agree... Cube & 50 for example have been there so that still makes them authentic in a way today to be honest. I mean they could always go back to what they've experienced & talk about it. It's not like they pretend to be something they've never been.

Ross wrote this verse 'cuz of the situation & 'cuz they were in Vegas... The D.O.C. & other in house artists write the majority Dre records while he's working in his own studio.

I bet the verse will mention drugs at least two times, some cars at least one time and then some shit about money and shit. You know like real gangstas do these days
I wanted an album so rugged nobody could touch it.
Spent a million a track and went over my budget.
Now how in the fuck am I supposed to get out of debt?
I can't rap anymore, I just murdered the alphabet.

I've always thought... Why the fuck should I listen to a rapper if I know someone else writes his verses?
That doesn't make sense.
