I think it can be attractive, same with belly button piercings. Doesnt work on every girl obviously. Tattoos i can take or leave, they can sometimes be cool looking, but I dont think they ever make anyone look more attractive.

I'm not a fan of piercings, basically if you get rid of them the hole looks awful. I was about to get the belly piercing once, but instead I got a small tattoo. It was something impulsive, I really like small tattoos, I'm actually considering getting another. But this time I'll think about it more.

And I had looooooooots of problems, my ear turned red , after swollen, so I removed the earring. And the "hole" is closed now.

I once heard a story of someone with a piercing in the tongue and the partner with a piercing in the clit. It ended bad. Use the imagination...
