i think its fake cuz on the "REFILL" the "R" is the only letter that looks the same from the "RELAPSE" logo the rest of the word is more rounded than the original "RELAPSE" logo, and it has a glow around it like you can do in photoshop. i dunno. could be real tho.

Now back on topic.. Yes it could be fake but it look real to me. I mean the artwork shouldnt change much since its just bonus songs its not like its another album.
