I'm prettyyyy sure this is sarcastic, but just in case...

The first 2 verses of No Apologies were previously (probably written) recorded freestyles. He re did them and added a 3rd verse + hook.

That's speculation. The whole song is old, I think....The hook is CLEARLY old...he started to say it at the end of the freestyle. It's most likely a track that was made for TES but got cut. The beat/content/style of the whole thing fits that album.

Well, I certainly would have put it on there, but there can only be so many tracks on an album. There had to be a D12 song, and a song introducing Obie Trice, and a Dre song. He also had a lot of serious tracks on the album already (White America, Cleanin Out My Closet, Say Goodbye Hollywood, S4TM, Hailie's Song, Till I Collapse). He probably decided to put Business or My Dad's Gone Crazy on there to balance the mood of the album some.

It was 100% pre-written (if you're talking about Em's verse.) Pretty much all of his "freestyles" are...he usually sucks at actual freestyling.

I mean like...there must be a CDQ version of No Apologies from 2002 right? I don't think Em would just put it on The Re-Up if it was from 2002. I'd imagine he would have re-recorded it.

I guess we'll never know though.

Well, he couldn't rap like that in 2006. That was the whole point of putting it on there, he knew he couldn't write/rap like that during his drug days, so he put it on there to make it look like he still could.

Back in 2002 once he determined it wouldn't be on the album, he knew the verses were really good so he decided to use the 2 dopest ones (the first 2) as freestyles.

The first time I heard the RE-Up version of no apologies I remembered hearing the hook and chorus before. Cant remember when but it was definitely old and wasnt a freestyle, it was mastered.

The re-up version was recreated though, I dont know if he re-rapped it though.
