Yes, they both are. Only God knows how many times Scott was banned before, though he might be wrong too, seems like it's gonna be an everlasting mystery. He's been given countless chances, he was in and out the forum, making his "last posts" and big come-back after 36 hours just to post a rant how much he doesn't like it here or how much hate he gets for being pretty, so we decided to ease his struggle and let him free so he could nurse his prettiness, get laid and live off daddy's money.

And Anon.. Pretty much the same story, he constantly abused some members (usually girls, I don't remember him flaming guys), he apologized and then flamed them again, blaming it on his inability to deal with problems in the real life. I'm sorry, but this is a hip hop forum, not a playground for a mental institution.

Many people left (or claimed to leave) due to Scott & Anon and I don't think this is fair. We can't lose valuable members and this forum was supposed to be a nice place for people to chill out; instead we got bunch of members who were scared or discouraged from posting because of constant shit that Scott or Anon would stir up just to get attention or "deal with problems in real life".

I don't think there is any other forum in the internet that would give second, third, seventh and fifteenth chance to 2 emotionally disabled boys with adolescence crisis, so guess you can say they got VERY lucky.

Our decision is final and there won't be ANY appeal against it, so there's no point in starting "bring back Scotty & Anon" movement.
