Do you workout?

Simple question, do you workout? how many times a week etc.

I like to go to a gym like 3-4 times a week and it feels always good at least when noticing some improvements :y: I was still thinking adding at least one cardio training to it though and gotta eat better :happy:

Once per week. Either intensive curcuit workout for the upper body or I do some basic parkour routines.

5 days a week at most. I'm lazy and mostly only work my abs, chest, and bi/triceps.
but if i'm feelin energetic i'll do cardio, back, shoulders, legs etc..

You should definitely work your back, legs and shoulders too every week man, what's better than a large back and big shoulders :8)

3 days a week at most. I used to work out efficiently but lately I've been lazy. Never do cardio, usually just biceps I work on, and when my arms are tired I do a bit of work out on my thighs then go back to biceps.

I work out every day twice a day. I got hit my senior year of football and two of my vertabraes hit my spinal chord. I was paralyzed for 30 hours. Had a full ride scholarship to oklahoma state. I ran a 4.38 forty and had 180 punds of muscle on a 5'7 frames, 7% body fat. Now I work out everyday trying to get back there. Won't bbe playing ball no more but just feel different doing anything else.
