I like to go to a gym like 3-4 times a week and it feels always good at least when noticing some improvements

You should definitely work your back, legs and shoulders too every week man, what's better than a large back and big shoulders

Had a full ride scholarship to oklahoma state. I ran a 4.38 forty and had 180 punds of muscle on a 5'7 frames, 7% body fat. Now I work out everyday trying to get back there. Won't bbe playing ball no more but just feel different doing anything else.
