What do you guys think about plastic surgery? Is it good, bad, useful, unnecessary? What's your reasoning?
I used to only think plastic surgery was only cool for reconstructive surgery, when it provided serious health benefits, or like if a girl was literally flat chested (there's some type of disorder or smtn where the tits just don't grow and they're literally flat). Past that I didn't think it was necessary. And while I still think reconstructive surgeries and health shit should be the main reasons, it does seem to have some positive effects on some people's mentality.
Overall I don't know. I think the fact that we live in a world where you don't have to be happy with yourself is a little sad. I mean if you don't like anything there's a surgery for it. And then there's cases of addiction like Bruce Jenner (Olympic gold medalist) and Michael Jackson, but I have been doing some research and have found that with things like breast augmentation people who start with a B Cup or less only upgrade themselves to a full C. So I'm really a bit torn. I don't know how I'd feel if someone I knew got PS for just a random cosmetic reason.
