I don't mean to be an asshole or anything but because you'r that big, you could easily lose more than 1.5kg's/week if you train hard and watch what you eat..

I have one good tip for you, if you feel a little hungry, drink water. Water fools your stomach and you won't feel hungry anymore.. :y: You also should make some sort of food-program, like when you eat and what.. Hard to explain perfectly in english, wish you were from Finland lol.

At least you're still losing weight. Don't beat yourself up over it, just keep your head up and keep working hard.

Drink a bottle of water before every meal, will make u less hungry :y:

And excercise, need any help with lifting or some shit lemme know :y:

I always try to eat healthy..it works for like a day...I love my junk food too much :(
Thank god for fast metabolism though :flutter:
