I control my anger.
I have a very huge anger problem and that backfired at me a couple times, pretty bad.

I channel my anger into something.
If im angry i go to my pull up bar and do a douzen pull ups or something, on the 10th pull up u forget bout the anger, tiring usrself makes u less angry.
As anger can be anxiety, it can also be just extra energy, so take note of that, occupying urself with a hobby or something is the best thing to do.
