now that i think about it i'm rarely angry but i usually just lie down on my bed and try to sleep and forget about it or... i yell at my lil brother and take my anger out on him
To let my anger out I private message random members, swear at them and tell them how much I hate them. Then I delete the message from the database before they read it and then message someone else.
I have a very huge anger problem and that backfired at me a couple times, pretty bad. I channel my anger into something.
If im angry i go to my pull up bar and do a douzen pull ups or something, on the 10th pull up u forget bout the anger, tiring usrself makes u less angry.
As anger can be anxiety, it can also be just extra energy, so take note of that, occupying urself with a hobby or something is the best thing to do.
If u know how to draw at least a little bit, let them angry feelings go in some very disturbing drawings.
I dont know how dont how many pedestrian massacres i artistically depicted during grade 12 Drawing with passion, no matter wat ur drawing is one of the best ways to get ur mind of some shit.
