Need help with a line on Cinderella man.

There's a line in the last verse that I'm slightly confused about.

In the way I hear it, Em say's ..''so say goodbye to the old Hi to the new Que sara''..

However, metro lyrics has it as... ''say goodbye to the O H I to the new case of rock''

Normally that site has the right lyrics. but, could someone get out their recovery booklet and give me the right answer. (I can't find my Recovery case)

basically saying "so say bye to the old eminem and H I to the new" the pause between old and HI insinuate this
