can you link us? some parts are sketchy. they could of been true, but idk. i really wish we got to hear KM. I still don't fully understand why he never put it out. Was it the being a perfectionist thing, was it the drugs- rehab, relapsing, etc., other personal issues, or something different? I understand if Interscope puts it out and he's in rehab while it's out, is kinda strange, but at least we would of had a chance to hear it. As far as the shady

If that was the case Encore would never have been released. I think it has to do with the drugs, we know the album was done as 50, Obie both said it was complete back when there was talk of it. I think it was a mix of Drugs, Personal life or someone stepped in and said this is simply not good enough.

If that part was true, how come no one stepped in during Encore and said- Big Weenie, Ass Like That, Fack, Rainman.......these songs fucking SUCK! I don't know if it was that. I read interviews fairly recently where they asked Em if anybody else knew what exactly was going on with him during his drug period, and he said everybody close to him, Dre, 50, etc. knew something was wrong but didn't know exactly. I think it might of just been him not putting it out and saying this isn't good enough. But it's weird cause KM could of been a lot better then Encore. Beautiful itself is infinite times better then anything on Encore (pun not intended). Proof dies in April of 06, are their any other personal life tragedies we know about or can think of, that were around that time that might add to the stress he was going through at the time? Him and Kim getting divorced again/problems with Kim could be another thing.

I think it was mainly because there was so much hype and anticipation for Encore, lets not forget Em was still on top of the world at that time, anything he did was regarded great and Interscope knew that if Em made an album of him recording his daily shits his album will easily do platnium.(Was quad platnium within a month). I honestly believe he had to many yes men at the time. But by the time KM was coming up either everyone could see how fucked up he was and that stopped it because a lot of people were questioning his ability after Encore-Re-Up period. They probably also thought he was incapable of even going around promoting the album. But yeah it could have simply been postponed due to the drugs/personal life and when he came back from rehab he didn't want to release it and wanted a fresh start.

Yeah that's a really good thought, I agree. Around that time DJ Green Lantern was his DJ, and I read something that he got fired by Em because of an argument/situation with him and 50 Cent? Anybody know the deal behind that? I remember GL was the first person I saw to premiere Mosh on his show.

In late spring/early summer 2005, an independently distributed street DVD was released showing Jadakiss apparently discussing the over-hyped 50 Cent/Jadakiss/Fat Joe quarrel begun by remarks made by 50 Cent in his song "Piggy Bank," off his second album, The Massacre. Supposedly, Green Lantern leaked information to Jadakiss about the G-Unit camp's tactics, and was advising the D-Block rapper as to his next move. In the conversation Green Lantern said that Jadakiss diss to 50 Cent "Checkmate" was a left jab and he's waiting on the knockout. After this footage was released to the streets, Green Lantern was removed from Shady Records. The conversation between Jadakiss and Green Lantern can be seen here. http://www.youtube.com/watch?gl=AU&hl=e ... FimAQen_sc
