This is just a sad joke.... Eminem obviously did fall off at one point, theres no debating that and I don't think anybody thinks he's back to his prime and probably won't ever be. Royce on the other hand is at his pinnacle right at this moment. Just because he's not selling records and all over the radio does not mean he fell off.
A sad joke or a sad reality? Don't want to derail the thread but I'll entertain your argument via Pm if you insist.
By sad joke I meant that its a ridiculous statement to make. I'm not saying that Royce is or ever was a better rapper than Eminem. But I think its a pretty absurd statement to make in saying that Royce has fallen off harder than Eminem fell off... Eminem went from being the best rapper alive to D12 World where his features were weak to say the least to Encore which you could say was an average album by most standards to being drugged up for four years in which the random guest verses he was randomly on were all pretty weak. He's definitely jumped back to an above average rapper and hopefully will prove he's the best ever with relapse 2 but I can't see how you can possibly ever say that Royce fell off harder than Eminem did... Even if you disagreement with my opinion that he's at his pinnacle of his career right now, I've seen him up as the best rapper of 2008 without even releasing a full length album just based on his guest verses and then Street Hop and Slaughterhouse were both sick albums.
I guess its all opinion tho, I just heavily disagreed with your statement.
