Cashis is way talented, his hook game is crazy & it's all hip-hop, no singing & bullshit. It's maybe too late for him to drop on Shady 'cuz there's a lot more hype for Yela & Slaughterhouse albums, but Interscope did miss a great chance to drop a Cashis album right after his EP 'cuz the buzz was crazy & the good songs were right there. Dre liked & was gonna contribute a lot on Cashis album at the time too.
Cashis went at Royce big time on personal level on EM behalf right before EM & Royce made up so it's nearly imposible for EM to push both Cashis & Royce/Slaughterhouse acts. As a matter a fact right after 'Relapse' dropped EM said they still got Cashis on Shady & are going for his album, but after 'Forever' and the long signing process of Slaughterhouse it was all over for Cashis. It did made sense Cashis was gonna come after Relapse 'cuz they put him in the alleged & then not officially released 'Crack A Bottle' video, but everything changed afterwards with the alleged 'Relapse 2' album & all the rest.
Interscope didn't drop Obie 'cuz he's not talented which he obviously is. They dropped him 'cuz they were giving him all producers and feats he wanted for both albums & Em was all over the place too, the promo for both albums was very good as well but he never did the numbers they expected from him considering all that, & unfortunatelly sales is what Interscope is all about, esp. when they spend big on promo.
I am not feeling Cashis working with Game & Buck but I love Cashis' work overall.
Go get 'em Cash, you're my big homie!
