Cashis is way talented, his hook game is crazy & it's all hip-hop, no singing & bullshit. It's maybe too late for him to drop on Shady 'cuz there's a lot more hype for Yela & Slaughterhouse albums, but Interscope did miss a great chance to drop a Cashis album right after his EP 'cuz the buzz was crazy & the good songs were right there. Dre liked & was gonna contribute a lot on Cashis album at the time too.

Cashis went at Royce big time on personal level on EM behalf right before EM & Royce made up so it's nearly imposible for EM to push both Cashis & Royce/Slaughterhouse acts. As a matter a fact right after 'Relapse' dropped EM said they still got Cashis on Shady & are going for his album, but after 'Forever' and the long signing process of Slaughterhouse it was all over for Cashis. It did made sense Cashis was gonna come after Relapse 'cuz they put him in the alleged & then not officially released 'Crack A Bottle' video, but everything changed afterwards with the alleged 'Relapse 2' album & all the rest.

Interscope didn't drop Obie 'cuz he's not talented which he obviously is. They dropped him 'cuz they were giving him all producers and feats he wanted for both albums & Em was all over the place too, the promo for both albums was very good as well but he never did the numbers they expected from him considering all that, & unfortunatelly sales is what Interscope is all about, esp. when they spend big on promo.

I am not feeling Cashis working with Game & Buck but I love Cashis' work overall.

Go get 'em Cash, you're my big homie!

I wanted an album so rugged nobody could touch it.
Spent a million a track and went over my budget.
Now how in the fuck am I supposed to get out of debt?
I can't rap anymore, I just murdered the alphabet.

Daaaaaamn, Trick Trick's HUGE ASS N!GGA! :confusion:

Oh, and Cashis. I like him, but him leaving is probably best for both parts.

So Shady Records:

D12
50 Cent
Slaughterhouse
Yelawolf

That's it? Solid line-up if you ask me.

Didn't Obie leave because of a personal dispute with Jimmy Iovine?

Yeah, I read that somewgere too, but then I heard that's not the case. In "Outlaw" which 50 put out a few months ago he says "Still Shady/Aftermath". So I think he's still on the label.

Still needs confirmation on this tbh.

He did but that's exactly what it's all about! Both Obie & Busta left or got dropped by Shady/Interscope & Aftermath/Interscope respectively 'cuz Jimmy wouldn't support the follow ups of their albums 'Second Round's on Me' & 'The Big Bang' respectively because they both got everything they wanted for the albums but didn't sell the way Jimmy/Interscope expected them to, plus Jimmy wasn't impressed at all with what they had recorded for the follow ups too.
Those albums would've been labeled commercial success if being dropped on any other label, but nowhere near that if we talk about Interscope, esp. back then when sales were way up overall.
At the end of the day leaving a winning camp when you don't really wanna leave & getting dropped is the same darn thang. It's different if you got dropped 'cuz you suck & can't deliver absoluterly anything but in Obie's & Busta's cases it's all the same.

Trick Trick & EM are still close but since Trick was never a Shady artist they don't get together as often as you think. Trick Trick got EM on both of his solo albums & was part of both Home & Home concerts in Detroit & New York so that's a win right there & a very big reason for Trick Trick to respect EM to the full for life.

It is officially confirmed 50's next LP will be on Shady/Aftermath/Interscope as he's got one more album left to fulfil his initial contract.
50 & Em have had 4 sessions in Detroit so far working on the album & after one of 'em 50 said they recorded 4 songs together.
It is 100% sure 50's still a Shady artist & his next album is coming on Shady but I think it'll go beyond that too.
Detox messed up Interscope's schedule this year & they had to drop Game's album too 'cuz it's been 2 years of a single after single affair, either way 50's album would've dropped somewhere in November this year. In my opinion it'll drop in January/February of 2012 anyways.

If he is part of the Shady roster then why is he isn't with Eminem ,SH & Yelawolf ? He could have been with them in the Cypher too. 50 caries an Image with him and he being with Eminem would have brought more attention to the new Artist. 50 and Eminem should be leading Shady 2.0 tbh since they have together since a very long time. But I guess Royce has taken that place.
