Cowboys fans Rejoice!!!

Hey Emady, in honor of your Saints or Cowboys thread. I just wanted to tell the Cowboys fans to rejoice now over their win over the Vikings sunday. The win that they got over the Saints a few weeks ago has largely propelled their momentum they have now. After their well documented playoff drought since '96, they're about to be in the NFC Championship, giving overdue justice to their fans. I'm saying congratulations now, early. And I'm guaranteeing the Cowboys will win Sunday, just like Broadway Joe did the Jets over the Colts in Super Bowl III. I don't play the game, but I do work in it, and do know what I'm talking about. Congratulations now!!!

Sorry about that eminemgirl. I went with Alabama in that game, even if Colt would have stayed in the game. But he would have made that game better\closer than it was. Texas had nothing to be ashamed of after that though. They made a game of it in the second half with a Freshman QB thrown into a National Championship game, and were a fumble away from nearly winning that game.

I think Bama would have won by more if Colt stayed in. You gotta realize that Bama game planned for like over a month for Colt and then they had to face an entire different guy, so Bama defense had to improvise. Then again Colt was driving and looked like he could have scored... Then they stopped Bama and had a chance for another TD.... 14-0 vs. 6-0... Nobody knows, but I agree Bama would have still won.

That game was odd to me. In the beginning, Alabama was making mistakes\calling dumb plays, and Texas was poised to take that game over. Then Colt got hurt on that freak play that reminded me of the hit Donovan McNabb took from the Panthers earlier this season where his ribs got broke. Immediately I thought Colt had cracked ribs, but it ended up being a pinched nerve in his throwing shoulder. After the game he kept saying that they could have won that game bc he knew Alabama's game plan. I felt bad for him.

Little tidbit for Cowboys fans: Brett Favre is 0-3 vs. the Cowboys in the playoffs. All these were games with the Packers, but expect the trend to continue.

Wade Phillips, a defensive minded coach, and former Def. Coord. for the San Diego Chargers, is gonna look at the tape of the Cardinals and Panthers games, where the Vikings O-Line got blew up. Expect his defense, which is already playing lights out, to be in the Vikings backfield going upside people's heads and being sackhappy. Demarcus Ware, Jay Ratliff, etc. are STUDS.

Both their D-Lines and O-Lines are playing great, they're winning the battle upfront, which equals success esp. in the playoffs. Not to mention they got 3 backs who can all run it, one of whom was a school mate of mine. He could run it then, and still can run it now.

Brett Favre's about to be 0-4 vs. the Cowboys in the playoffs. Thnx in large part to the defense.
