Well you should man. It's from 1999. It's his debut solo.

If you've only heard anything by him after that, you're missing out. His next two weren't close to it and his latest is great but not a scratch on it either.

Honestly man, it's brain-spinning lyricism. Not far off Em, magnetic flows. It's better than Stillmatic too IMO.

Honestly if you download it, you won't regret it. Just check out one song from it see what I mean, go and YouTube "Mos Def - Speed Law". Absolute classic.
