In Novemember Mr. Porter said the album is basically done and he talked about it like it was already in order. Saying there's no filler, it's well-versed, the 2nd track is like XXX etc.

Em also said it was being mixed in November. So if anything Em is doing more ideas in the mixing process incase he comes out with any gems.

But I think March is realistic. Mr. Porter also said it'd be EARLY 2010.

Yeah but Em is faster and more reliable than Dre lmao. Detox has just turned into a punchline now. 04,05,06,07,08,09, 2010, it's ridiculous.

Em has never said a date and then changed. He said R2 will 'probably' be in the 4th quarter of 2009. And now Mr. Porter said it's definitely early 2010, I think it very likely will be.

@Sypder, well it's not the end of Jan or near lol. It's January 12th, not even half way through yet. They didn't even mention the name of Em's album (Relapse) until March last year. Two months before the album was to drop. And like all Em singles, the 1st one came a month before the album.

Nah they weren't talking about Refill either by the way. Em changed R2 almost immediately, like the summer of 09 and he's been working on it since.

Mr. Porter was talking about the new complete album. He said there's no 'quaky' music. This is the 'emotionally driven' one Em also mentioned in Nov.

So, of course, time will tell. But I give it to the end of this month. If there's no announcement by then or if no promotion starts in Feb, I think we can safely say it'll be April / May or June. But I'm still holding out for March right now.

Em most likely switched up Relapse 2 mid-2009. Refill came about because he couldn't get R2 out for 2009.

But on a release discussion, I'm saying March or April. If Mr. Porter is right about early 2010-March.

That's May though so surely Relapse 2 will come before then. Then I think maybe the next D12 album in the summer / autumn.

At first I thought this thread was about Eminem's first single on R2, just by reading the title. They really announced B.O.B's album early! If this date remains the same. R2 news should come out soon. I'm going with that article that was posted on here, from shady board i believe, that said R2 will come out march 16th. I believe they were right about new Em music coming in December, unless I'm misremembering that. The grammys are at the end of the month, so some news should be released by then.

With Relapse, I remember they announced the video\single would premiere on MTV in April, and Relapse would release in May. I don't remember when they released the news though, was it February or March? It was after the grammys, bc there was a article from a "insider" that was on Fox News website, that had rumors from the grammy parties. This "insider" said that Relapse would release around Labor Day, but that turned out to be untrue. I thought Labor Day was too late, and was saying "Does Em got a baby on the way for it to come out that late?"
