Im not sure about how many albums Eminem has a contract with aftermath for.

He might have just depleted his deal by now.

so hes most probly out of contract
but he wouldnt leave without making up 4 the encore album

Yeah but it still made him number one and fed the daughters of interscope officials with caviar.... its good sales, so its not nessesary that he'll have to fill in for the albums he could have sold.

CC actually paid for part of that, and he did a lot of production so u figure.

Its coz the people that use to love the songs like "real slim shady" grew up ... but eminem didnt so it pissed some of the fans of, coz the artists has to progress and eminem did on TES but then encore was a step back to imaturity and childishness... Eminem actually lost so many fans coz of songs like FACK and big weanie, ass like that....

anyway... its up to him right now to return , i believe he will one way or another but i still have my doubts...

If he is to return he etter return with some shit like "rabbit run" coz hes life emotions and him crying about how "hard" his life aint gonna work no more.
If he starts insulting popstars again he makes a step back, if he starts beef he becomes fifty cent, i dont think he got the motivation no more.
