well, its not the beat that makes fast rap its the rapper, if thats what you mean.. Like, if i listened to adrenaline rush, by twista, without the lyrics... i woulda thought its some trippy weed song, but he turns it into machine gun flow chaos.

wot he said...you can make a 80bpm song fast with the amount of syllables you can squeeze in each line...but look at grime beats for real fast shit
