It was created for fun. Just look how he describes fifty's album:
The best album of the decade is Get Rich or Die Tryin, by 50 Cent. The album was his debut album. It is the best of the decade because it contains many good singles. There are very few songs on the album that are boring to listen to.

Him listing The Chronic (1992) released in this decade (2000-2009) just killed it for me.
Yo, from the first to the last of it; delivery is passionate/
The whole and not the half of it; vocab and not the math of it/
Projectile that them blasted with; accurate assassin shit/

The "there are very few songs on the album that are boring to listen to" part is fucking funny, then that must be that there must be at least one boring song on the album. Then how the hell can it be number 1?!

The Chronic, by Dr. Dre, is the fourth best rap album of the decade. It was Dr. Dre's second album, and probably his last. The album is very popular amongst "real hip-hop fans".

Yo i think te dumbfuck meant 2001, which he thought was called chronic, and was released in 2001, but it wasn't really and hes just stupid as fuck.
