just thought id post this site, its kool if your into competing not perfectly structured but the guy who runs it spoke about it and wishes it could be done better and is hoping to devolpe it to 16 for 1000.


idea is you pay $16 put in a 16 bar verse against 15 other artists one with the most votes at the end gets $100

We'd need to get an impartial person to run this, collect money via PayPal (the only realistic way it people can pay) and then to collect the verses. Also the beat would be crucial to participants

I don't think the voting should be on Tr though if that idea was to happen. Put it on something like HipHop DX or something because it'll be a popularity contest then

doesn't necessarily have to be money though...some people would battle just for the passion of hip hop

You could have someone with the shittest verse but knows a lot of people online to vote for him. It's not fair, and the reason why most of these competitive shit going on is a waste of time.

You can get site domains for less than 50 bucks a year..you do this "contest" once a month and your bank $1872 a year versus spending $50..you profit over $1800 with minimal effort..thats a scam IMO..

I can make a hell of alot more than $84 by just booking a show..and I get much more exposure..plus the venue isnt making double what I am..that kinda shit is just like a slave deal with a record company..you make $100,000 meanwhile they bank millions off your sales..
