He certainly declined and got lazy. But didn't fall-off IMO.

Encore = 2004, he was bored with rap, peak of his fame, already had three classic albums, started to get addicted to drugs. Totally uncomfortable with the unesescapable fame.

NOW = Totally clear minded, just pushed out all his lyrical flex on whole album to work the drugs out of his system. He can't stop writing. He's diving back into music. He's determined to make songs you cn play 100, 1,000 times. He's back on form lyrically and beter than ever flow-wise.

His mindset, situation and ambitions are all totally different. There isn't a chance in hell we'll get another fucking Encore. Silly talk.
